What exactly does Imperion do?

Imperion gets a property fully ready — for listing, sale, move-in, handover, transition, or ongoing care. We do the hands-on work ourselves and manage the specialists where the scope requires it, holding everything to one documented standard from the first review to the final sign-off. You make one call; we own the outcome.

How is Imperion different from a cleaning or staging company?

A cleaner cleans. A stager stages. A painter paints. Each completes their individual scope and leaves. Imperion owns the full result — we coordinate, execute, and confirm that the entire property is genuinely ready, not just that individual tasks were completed. That final gap between "work done" and "property ready" is precisely where Imperion operates.

What is the Imperion Readiness Standard™?

It is our proprietary five-stage operating framework applied to every engagement: Readiness Review → Readiness Blueprint → Readiness Command → Final-Mile Resolution → Readiness Confirmation. What is Imperion Ready™?

Imperion Ready™ is our completion designation. When a property receives an Imperion Ready record, it means the agreed scope has been completed through our documented process, confirmed with photographic evidence, and signed off by our coordination office. It is Imperion's proprietary confirmation — not a municipal, engineering, building-code, or licensed-inspection certification.

How quickly can Imperion start?

We respond to all enquiries the same day they are received. In most cases, we can conduct a Readiness Review within 24 to 48 hours of first contact, and work can begin shortly after the scope and agreement are confirmed. Urgent and Readiness Recovery engagements are prioritized.

Do you work on one room, one task, or the whole property?

Both. Imperion can manage a single final-mile punch list or an entire property transformation from vacant to market-ready. We scale to the scope required. There is no job too small if it means making a property ready; there is no project too complex if it falls within our confirmed capacity.

Do you work outside the Greater Toronto Area?

Imperion is headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, where we deliver directly. We coordinate nationally across Canada through our specialist network, and we accept international assignments by selection. We bring the same standard to every engagement regardless of location.

How are your specialists and contractors selected?

Every specialist and contractor working under an Imperion engagement is rigorously screened before assignment. Our verification process covers business identity, insurance, licences where applicable, references, service scope, safety documentation, and confidentiality obligations. Standards are enforced throughout, and performance is tracked after every engagement.

Do I need to be on-site during the work?

No. That is one of the core reasons clients choose Imperion. Our coordination office manages site access, schedules, vendor oversight, and all communications on your behalf. Remote and absent owners receive regular photo updates and written reports throughout the engagement.

What is a Readiness Blueprint?

A Readiness Blueprint is a written document you receive after a Property Readiness Review. It identifies every outstanding item, establishes the correct sequence of work, assigns responsibility, specifies which specialists are required, and sets target dates. It is a real deliverable — not a verbal conversation — and it forms the foundation of every Imperion engagement.

Can Imperion work with my realtor or builder directly?

Yes. Imperion works alongside and on behalf of realtors, brokerages, builders, developers, and property managers. The Property Readiness Office program is designed specifically for professionals who want a standing, reliable readiness partner. We integrate seamlessly with your existing client relationships and can operate fully under your brand where required.
