3. The Imperion Readiness Standard™ and Imperion Ready™
"Imperion Ready™" and the "Imperion Readiness Standard™" are Imperion's proprietary names for its internal property-preparation, coordination, and completion-review process. When Imperion issues an Imperion Ready record, it means that the documented services within the accepted written scope have been completed through Imperion's internal readiness workflow, subject to any stated exclusions or client-deferred items noted at the time of sign-off. It is not a statutory certification, municipal building-code approval, engineering assessment, licensed home inspection, insurance inspection, appraisal, or regulated professional opinion of any kind.
4. Scope of Work and Quotes
All quotations are based on the information available at the time and the assessed condition of the property. Quotes may expire or require revision if conditions change or new information becomes available. Scope changes arising during a project are confirmed through a written change-order process before additional work proceeds.
5. In-House and Specialist Work
Imperion's readiness teams handle core preparation and final-stage work. Where the agreed scope requires licensed, regulated, or specialist trades — including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, or gas work — that work is carried out by appropriately qualified and insured providers, coordinated and overseen by Imperion.
6. No Regulated or Professional Advice
Imperion does not provide engineering, legal, appraisal, insurance, financial, accounting, home-inspection, or other regulated professional advice or services. Where such expertise is required, Imperion coordinates access to appropriately qualified third-party professionals. Any such professional retains their own obligations and liability.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, service names, and the Imperion brand identity — is the property of Imperion Property Services or its affiliates and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
